Hi Reader,
There are 100s of AI tools being talked about.
This is how I'm using AI right now. β Ground rules: β β
Only use if a tool that saves time without adding complexity β
Test out a maximum of 2 tools for each use case, to avoid tool fatigue β
Keep improving consistently on the top 3 tools that deliver the most efficiency β My tool stack is as follows: β π ChatGPT β For almost everything from brainstorming, summarising, drafting SOPs, and building frameworks quickly. β π CustomGPTs β Many from the library esp writing assistants + my own GPTs trained on my workflows β π VEED β Quick editing for shorts: trim, subtitle, and export within minutes. β π Riverside β AI editing with high quality studio quality recordings (remove pauses, cut the fluff, and enhance audio with AI) β π Manus β Slowly replacing my VA. I'm not so happy about this, as I had a good working relationship with my 'real-virutal-assistant'. β π Perplexity β Precision research assistant without getting lost in google search. β π Vercel v0 β Creates quick MVPs and small apps I need personally or for business with simple prompts. β π Lovable β Creates landing pages and basic websites quickly for clients or own products. β π Gamma β Minimalist and beautiful presentations without the manual editing. β π Grain β Meeting recordings with AI generated summaries and next steps. β What AI tools do you use to make your day to day work more efficient? β Reply to this email and let me know!
Regards,
Rishabh
