✅ Only use if a tool that saves time without adding complexity
✅ Test out a maximum of 2 tools for each use case, to avoid tool fatigue
✅ Keep improving consistently on the top 3 tools that deliver the most efficiency

Many from the library esp writing assistants + my own GPTs trained on my workflows

​
Quick editing for shorts: trim, subtitle, and export within minutes.
​
👉 Riverside
​
AI editing with high quality studio quality recordings (remove pauses, cut the fluff, and enhance audio with AI)
​
👉 Manus
​
Slowly replacing my VA. I'm not so happy about this, as I had a good working relationship with my 'real-virutal-assistant'.

​
Precision research assistant without getting lost in google search.

​
Creates quick MVPs and small apps I need personally or for business with simple prompts.

​
Creates landing pages and basic websites quickly for clients or own products.

Minimalist and beautiful presentations without the manual editing.
