Hi Reader,

I have NO GOALS for 2025 🙅

For the first time in many years, I’m stepping into a new year goal-free 👇

I’ve set goals and reviewed them every year, but this year will be different.

Not because goals don’t work.

They’ve worked for me in the past, and they work for many.

But this year, I want to live beyond goals.

Don’t get me wrong 👇
I’ll still make money, serve my clients, stay fit & healthy, and enjoy beautiful moments with my family.

But I’ll be doing all of this without goals.

I’ll be focusing on habits and rituals—things I can control.

Here’s my hypothesis 👇
→ If I execute the right habits consistently, I don’t need to set goals
→ What are goals for others, will become habit-driven milestones for me
→ More importantly, my daily habits will allow me to enjoy the process much more than constantly chasing a future goal

Goals tie us to a future outcome. Habits focus on the present moment.

Here’s my observation 👇
→ The real joy comes from the journey itself
→ Rituals allow us to fully enjoying the moment
→ Habits compound to limitless growth without having set goal targets

Goals are fixed outcomes, life is a natural flow 🌅

Habits and rituals align with the flow.

Just to clarify 🔽
I will still set goals for my clients and business.

But on a personal level, I don’t want to reduce my year to a bunch of numbers.

Life is so much more than that.

I’m deeply grateful for these accomplishments but now 👇
→ I have ‘enough’ money
→ I look the way I want to look, I feel how I want to feel
→ I have my dream family, and we live close to nature
→ I work from home and see my loved ones all the time

I’m deeply grateful for these blessings, and for me, this is enough.

At this point in my life, I want to experience it without the weight of goals.

And see if we can achieve even more without fixating on what I think I need to achieve.

Eventually, what really matters is what we do every single day. How we live in the moment, more than anything else.

Rishabh
