Hi Reader,

I often used to have colds and coughs.

I had allergies to multiple things.

This leads me to focus on my health much more.

I have been experimenting with various habits to improve my immunity.

Of course, the key pillars are:

  1. SLEEP (7-8 hours per night)
  2. EXERCISE (30-40 mins per day)
  3. NUTRITION (80% whole, natural foods)

Once the pillars are set, I've also been experimenting with a few hacks.

Yesterday, I read 'The Immunity Diet' on the flight to Vietnam.

Here are the key takeaways I’ll be implementing in my life:

  1. Grow Fresh Vegetables: Start planting essentials like mint, garlic, and tomatoes at home.
  2. Buy Fresh: Always choose vegetables with today’s date or that look freshly picked.
  3. Stop at 80% Full: Eat until 80% complete to prevent overeating and improve digestion.
  4. One-Line Nutrition: Focus on good protein and fresh veggies, and stop when 80% full (this is my own)
  5. Boost Gut Health: Add more veggies to meals for a happier gut and fewer digestion issues.
  6. Start Oil Pulling: Swish coconut oil for 10 minutes each morning to improve oral health.
  7. Limit Medications: Avoid medicines unless essential—focus on natural remedies.
  8. Natural Antihistamines: Get antihistamines from foods and supplements, not pills.
  9. Daily Nutrition: Ensure 2 fruits per day, 3 raw foods, and veggies in every meal for optimal health.
  10. No Packaged Snacks: Stick to whole, natural foods—ditch the processed and packaged snacks.

I’ve taken some of the book's best pointers and will adapt them to my lifestyle and eating habits.

It's essential to focus on health.

When we have health, we can build wealth and care for our family.

For me, it's the most important goal as it helps me achieve all other goals!
