Hi Reader, It’s a new month.. Take a pause and review life 👇 These are my ‘Life Metrics 2.0’ Average sleep duration I have simplified my sleep tracking. I only measure sleep once a week, not daily. Measuring sleep every day was reducing my sleep quality :) If I have to pick one metric, I focus on duration over quality. Though both are important, I don’t want to become obsessed with sleep like the emerging breed of YouTube sleep nerds. Quality time with family With family, I focus on quality and experiences. This is achieved through: - Device-free hours - Sunrise or sunset with family - Device-free meals - Nature walks together Quality & Variety of Nutrition I focus on getting 80% of my food from real and natural sources. I measure the quality and variety regularly and try to hit: - 5 plants a day or 30 plants a week (for my microbiota to feed on) - Focus on seafood, eggs, or vegan protein sources - Hit the protein intake daily Value generated for clients This is part of my client reports. I focus on improving their metrics. For most clients, we’re looking at: - Improving their North Star metric month-on-month (revenue/profits/ROI) - Implementing new processes - Documenting SOPs for the client Net worth growth Client growth results in my business growth. It’s just an exchange of value <> money. Every month, I track: - Status of all my investments - My business revenue and profits - Overall quality of projects Doing an 80/20 of the business helps me dial into the high-quality clients and projects. This is a simple analysis I run every month. What’s your monthly life analysis framework? If you don’t have one, which metrics would you consider starting with from this list? Hit reply and let me know. Have a great month ahead! Rishabh 📌 Want more? Here’s how I can help you:
