I've used 100s of apps and tools.

These are the 5 I use daily..

And they have helped me improve my productivity and workflow.

TickTick (tasks + habits)

I use Ticktick to manage both tasks and habits.

Folders on Ticktick can be used to manage projects too.

It has a kanban view for planning workflow as well.

The habit tracking is also solid with daily checkins:

Google Calendar (routine + meetings)

Calendar is where my routine and schedule lives.

Pro tip:

Use 2 separate calendars.

One for the meetings.

And one for the daily routine.

You can then check and uncheck each calendar to view either both or one at a time.

Feel free to create multiple calendars as needed.

Use ticktick premium to sync the tasks with the calendar

Notion (Personal life dashboard)

I use Notion as a life dashboard.

I usually review it every morning to see if my life is aligned.

My work should help my project progress, which should fuel my goals, and support my life's pillars.

Notion ensures this happens.

Clickup (Project management with my team)

My team and I collaborate on Clickup.

This is where we keep our sales process as well as client projects.

​Clickup is a great alternative to Monday/Trello for business.

It does have a learning curve but once you master it, it's very useful.

Slack (team chats and communication)

We don't use whatsapp.

It's distracting.

Slack is a great alternative.

It keeps the work focus, and channels help categorise conversations.

We also use Slack connect to work with our clients.
